freertos: Removed CONFIG_FREERTOS_ASSERT_ON_UNTESTED_FUNCTION kconfig option

This commit removes the unused FreeRTOS kconfig option
CONFIG_FREERTOS_ASSERT_ON_UNTESTED_FUNCTION.
