feat(freertos): Added FreeRTOS POSIX/Linux Simulator

* Added port layer from the FreeRTOS POSIX port, added
  additional port code for ESP-IDF.
* Created another hello world example using that POSIX
  port in tools/test_apps.
* Removed old linux app
