feat(esp_http_server): Added pre handshake callback for websocket
...
1. If the user wants authenticate the request, then user needs to do
this before upgrading the protocol to websocket.
2. To achieve this, added pre_handshake_callack, which will execute
before handshake, i.e. before switching protocol.

refactor: migrate atecc608a_ecdsa example to crypto authlib repository
...
- ESP32-WROOM-32SE has been discontinued and marked as NRND
- This change removes all references to ESP32-WROOM-32SE from IDF
- The example has been migrated to esp-cryptoauthlib repository and it
can be used through the component manager
