This commit enabled configurable OTA resumption feature in advanced ota example.
This resumes downloading OTA image from where it left off in case of
an error or reboot.

This commit added config option to enable session ticket support
while performing ota. This helps in optimizing latency while
downloading ota over multiple HTTP requests.

Currently, several examples do not explicitly state their component
dependencies, relying instead on the default behavior that includes all
registered components and commonly required ones in the build.
Explicitly adding component dependencies can reduce build time when
set(COMPONENTS main) is used.

Replaced hyphens with underscores in examples
project definition for all examples which had
hyphens in their project name. dpp-enrollee is
an exceptions because the name matches the
project directory name while the project
directory also contains hyphens.
`advanced_https_ota` can run a minimal BLE GATT server while
downloading OTA update. Both NimBLE and Bluedroid stack can be used
here by configuring relevant options in menuconfig.

esp_netif_init() returns standard esp_err_t error code (unlike tcpip_adapter init), so shall be checked for the return value
Also to make the initialization code more consistent.
Current implimentation of esp_http_ota does not perform any error-checking in the data writing phase calls `esp_ota_get_next_update_partition()` irrespetive of the received state of the image. A few additional error checking mechanism have now been added inside the esp_https_ota which returns the control in case an invalid header is received and a wrapper to the function `esp_http_client_is_complete_data_received()` of `esp_http_client` has been added.
