9221c4eecd fix(examples): Example CA certs must contain the Key Usage parameter 
- Example CA certificates that are used for self-signed client certificates
need to include the Key Usage parameter.
- Python3.13 changed the default context of the SSL context that is
generated using ssl.create_default_context() by enabling the VERIFY_X509_STRICT
flag by default

ad15109daa change(examples): explicitly specify component dependencies for examples 
Currently, several examples do not explicitly state their component
dependencies, relying instead on the default behavior that includes all
registered components and commonly required ones in the build.
Explicitly adding component dependencies can reduce build time when
set(COMPONENTS main) is used.

6d87100a70 feat(examples): add local components via idf_component.yml 
Specifying all the dependencies (managed and local) in the manifest
makes it easier for users to see every component the example
depends on.

d7090b4d52 https_server: Add config option to min. cert. auth mode 
- Added a config option to set the minimum Certificate Verification
  mode to Optional
- When this option is enabled, the peer (the client) certificate
  is checked by the server, however the handshake continues even if
  verification failed.
- By default, the peer certificate is not checked and ignored by the server.

1d2b2b5879 feature: Added user callback for esp_https_server 
- Can be used to get connection or client information (SSL context)
- E.g. Client certificate, Socket FD, Connection state, etc.
- Added example callback for getting client certificate information in 'https_server/simple' example

76ca826758 https_server example: Add new WSS server example 
Added a new https server example with WS support which runs
* keep-alive thread to send PINGs to clients
* async message to all active WS clients
Moved the existing https-server example to a subfolder
