Marius Vikhammer 7255497146 freertos: remove FREERTOS_ASSERT option 
Freertos asserts are now configured the same way as all other asserts in IDF,
i.e. by configuring COMPILER_OPTIMIZATION_ASSERTION_LEVEL.
